BDE was born in Melbourne in 2024, inspired by Pickles – my 15-year-old Silky Terrier with plenty of opinions and enough personality to convince everyone she's much bigger than she really is. Despite her size, Pickles has always had undeniable Big Dog Energy, and that's exactly where the name came from.

After struggling to find dog accessories that were both functional and stylish, I saw a gap in the market for products that looked good, felt good, and made everyday walks a little more special.

Every product is thoughtfully designed with both dogs and humans in mind, combining premium materials with functional features that make life easier and walks more enjoyable.
